We offer a 30 day, no hassle return and exchange policy from your date of delivery so you have plenty of time to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If the size you ordered doesn't fit, we will happily swap it out for one that does.

To return or exchange your product, please either submit the form on our contact page or email and return instructions will be provided. Please do not send your purchase back to the return address on the package, this is our distribution center and returns are not processed there. We will require proof of purchase (your order confirmation email will suffice) and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

After we receive your return, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.
